Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for managing relations with our key clients, developing creative briefs, monitoring project deadlines, and tracking account growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple creative projects throughout their life cycles, providing clients with detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Develop effective solutions to meet client requests and identify crucial opportunities for client growth.
  • Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with our key clients.
  • Delegate specific tasks to individual team members, supervise their day-to-day activities, and monitor the progress on each project.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and other members of our creative team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to tackle several creative projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools, along with superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience as a marketer with a business growth mindset.
  • Proven project and account management experience.
  • Experience with client management and collaborating with sales.
  • Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients.
  • Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing.

Compensation

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
