The role of a Quantum and/or Delay Expert is crucial in construction dispute resolution, litigation support, expert witness testimony, claims assessment, quantum and/or schedule analysis, technical issue analysis, and time-relevant evaluation services.

This position involves performing advanced data research, management, and analysis, with international travel sometimes at short notice.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate experience in writing expert reports and have a high level of experience in the development and execution phases of projects, having been exposed to claims preparation, review, contract management, changes in the scope of work, schedule management, and/or negotiations.

A recognized undergraduate degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or similar from a leading university is required.

A postgraduate qualification in construction law (or similar) is desirable but not essential.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience with engineering or construction firms, or a construction claim/dispute firm is necessary.

Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, proficient working knowledge of relevant industry program management software, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and professionalism and client-facing ability are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
