About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst II, you will play a key role in providing financial reporting to management and driving cost savings initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify key cost drivers and present findings to relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain analytical dashboards to identify key cost drivers.
  2. Presents reports and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Create and maintain detailed analytical reports for various P&L drivers.
  4. Lead efforts to drive cost savings initiatives and work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Track and review P&L results during monthly financial close and post relevant journal entries.
  6. Analyze variances to plan and prior year and prepare illustrative slides for Monthly Business Review presentation.
  7. Play a key role in annual budgeting process with a focus on payroll and direct costs.
  8. Create and oversee relevant budget models and submit final plan numbers into the budgeting system.
  9. Assist with data validation, preparation, and analysis for payroll and headcount.
  10. Collaborate and partner with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests.
  11. Generate ad hoc analysis reports as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or related field. Minimum 2+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience or Master's degree.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations.
  • Knowledge of various finance areas such as cost analysis, plan development, variance explanations, and monthly close.
  • Experience with creating and updating budgeting models within Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel.
  • Experience working with large datasets within Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel tools and formulas including pivot tables, graphs, charts, vlookups, sumifs, if statements.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Advanced English communication skills is a must.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year.
