Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in management, preferably in the tech/software industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling businesses in Colombia or Latin America.
  • English is required.

Leadership:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams.
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing talent in diverse, fast-paced environments.

Cultural Fluency:

  • Deep understanding of Colombian business culture, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Strategic Mindset:

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • You should be able to navigate ambiguity, drive long-term growth, and adapt to a fast-changing market landscape.

Education:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Problem-solving & Adaptability:

  • A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and has the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
