Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring efficient project execution and effective results.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor project outcomes, providing guidance and coaching to employees as needed.
- Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
- Foster a reliable and communicative work environment, develop personal relationships with team members, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
- Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
