About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and achieving sales goals. Your key objectives include identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales quota and meet expectations for profitability.
  • Develop new business across global markets by identifying merchant prospects, additional verticals, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, pitching new clients, negotiations, closing agreements, and monitoring Go Live.
  • Strong internal project management with key stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Project-manage significant changes affecting accounts, including major new products, changes to business processes, service levels, and terms of trade.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge and provide feedback to product and sales management.
  • Participate in ad-hoc marketing activities to increase PayU's visibility in current and expanding markets.
  • Effectively interact with Marketing and Partnerships teams, Sales Engineering, Product, and Technology departments.
