Job Summary

Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager - Security Solutions to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the business. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in consolidating and managing expenses, revenue, and profitability of the business, as well as strategic initiatives and projects. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate with finance business partners globally and regionally, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis for the security solutions business, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and completeness of financial data and reports.
  • Prepare and present financial and business performance reviews to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools and models to support decision-making and scenario planning; provide insights and recommendations to optimize business growth and profitability.
  • Coordinate and communicate across various stakeholder groups, including global and regional finance business partners, product managers, sales and marketing teams, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization.
  • Support the LBF initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong modeling capabilities leveraging automation and data-driven approaches; support the establishment of consistent frameworks and methodologies to enable global and regional finance business partners.
  • Successfully embody change management; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that convey the story behind the numbers and frameworks; coach and guide team members on how to effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences.
  • Develop expertise at product and customer level for the security solutions business; understand the drivers and dynamics of each product and customer segment and how they impact overall business performance.
Requirements
  • Experience providing financial and business support for a designated business area to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to model and perform predictive analytics to review financial and operational scenarios and outcomes.
  • Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group; demonstrate strong leadership and influence skills.
  • Exposure to supporting a security solutions business on revenue, expense, and profitability management, leveraging analytical techniques as well as outside trends and events.
  • Experienced with financial systems and applications; serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to those less experienced.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; drive best practices and standards across the finance function.
  • Successfully resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner; adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
