Position Title: Agent Settlement Coordinator

Job description: Estamos en busca de un Accounts Receivable Coordinator motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol de nivel intermedio está diseñado para profesionales con experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas que deseen contribuir a la precisión y eficiencia de los procesos financieros de la compañía. El cargo requiere habilidades analíticas, atención a los detalles y capacidad para gestionar múltiples responsabilidades en un entorno dinámico.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinar y ejecutar tareas diarias de cuentas por cobrar para garantizar la integridad y exactitud de los registros financieros.
2. Realizar llamadas y enviar correspondencia a clientes y agentes para gestionar el cobro de facturas pendientes.
3. Documentar con precisión las comunicaciones internas y externas en el software de cobranza.
4. Procesar facturas y pagos de clientes, asegurando su correcta asignación a las cuentas correspondientes.
5. Realizar seguimientos periódicos a cuentas vencidas para garantizar pagos oportunos.
6. Investigar y proporcionar documentación de respaldo para la resolución de problemas de pago.
7. Actuar como enlace entre departamentos para garantizar el procesamiento oportuno de pagos y la resolución de disputas de facturación.
8. Informar a la gerencia sobre problemas en cuentas por cobrar y proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas.
9. Monitorear informes de antigüedad de saldos para minimizar riesgos y asegurar una gestión eficiente de cobranza.
10. Garantizar la conciliación precisa de pagos y cuentas de forma mensual.
11. Brindar apoyo en otras funciones contables según sea necesario.
12. Apoyar actividades relacionadas con proyectos en SAP, incluyendo entrada, limpieza y mantenimiento de datos.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Habilidades y Competencias: Atención meticulosa a los detalles y precisión en el manejo de información financiera. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno con plazos ajustados. Habilidad para trabajar con herramientas tecnológicas y software contable avanzado. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita. Proactividad y disposición para la mejora continua de procesos.
Habilidades Requeridas: Microsoft Office Nivel Intermedio. Software contable Nivel Avanzado. Conocimientos sólidos en normativas fiscales y principios contables.
Requisitos Especiales: Dominio del inglés (B2 o superior). Disponibilidad para firmar un Acuerdo de Confidencialidad (NDA). Experiencia laboral de 1 a 2 años en cuentas por cobrar o áreas relacionadas.
Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes, de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm (CST). Nota: Este puesto ofrece la posibilidad de trabajo híbrido.
