Learning Experience Manager

The Learning Experience Manager will play a critical role in shaping our training programs, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and aligned with our business objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies that drive results.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess five years of training experience, two years of management experience, and two years of BPO experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Training Schedule for Colombia and Mexico Sites: Ensure seamless integration with other departments.
  • Update all Spreadsheets for rosters for Colombia and Mexico Team: Regularly update employee information.
  • Create Seats for New Training Staff: Develop job descriptions, duties, and compensation packages.
  • Interview for New Training Staff: Conduct thorough interviews assessing skillset and cultural fit.
  • Onboard Training Staff: Provide comprehensive orientation on TaskUs culture and expectations.
  • Set Job Expectations with Training Staff: Clearly communicate policies and procedures.
  • Grade Training Staff on Training Skill Sets: Assess and measure KPIs.
  • Develop Training Staff and Leadership with education and certifications: Foster continuous learning and development.
  • Observe Training Staff during training classes: Monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Provide Positive and Constructive Feedback: Mentor and coach trainers for improvement.
  • Provide KPIs and standards for each quarter for Training Staff: Establish clear goals and expectations.
  • Provide tools/resources to assist in excellent training material creation: Offer access to necessary resources.
  • Document information on each Training Staff Member: Maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Receive and analyze training evaluation forms for each class: Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training methodologies for the training department: Develop innovative approaches to enhance the training experience.
  • Develop training courses to further educate current employees: Prepare them for potential promotions.
  • Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations: Collaborate on pipeline to production.
Requirements
  • Five years of training experience.
  • Two years of management experience.
  • Two years of BPO Experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications required.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills are required.
