About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Colombia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other support channels.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Guide customers through product features, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Follow internal procedures, SLAs, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Contribute to customer support documentation (FAQs, guides, knowledge base).
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and products.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
Familiarity with CRM or support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours if required by the client.
