Combina tecnología, analítica y un modelo de distribución híbrido para operar líneas de originación de crédito y servicing de portafolios. Actualmente cuentan con más de 200 personas y se encuentran en un momento de expansión acelerada.

Resumen del Rol

La/el Head of HR será responsable de construir, liderar y escalar toda la estrategia de Personas. Su misión será estructurar el área desde cero, gestionar talento, cultura, desempeño, compensación y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo. Es un rol clave para acompañar el crecimiento y asegurar una organización saludable, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos de negocio.

1. Construcción del Área de Recursos Humanos

Diseñar e implementar la estrategia completa del área (People Operations, Desarrollo Organizacional, Recruiting, Cultura y Compensación).

Definir políticas, procesos, KPIs, sistemas y rituales organizacionales.

Seleccionar, desarrollar y liderar al equipo de HR.

- Crear la estrategia de reclutamiento para todas las áreas del negocio: tecnología, riesgo, operaciones, comercial y funciones corporativas.

Asegurar procesos eficientes y una experiencia positiva para candidatos.

Construir y fortalecer el employer branding en el mercado.

3. Desarrollo y cultura

- Diseñar e implementar el framework de desempeño, feedback continuo, planes de carrera y programas de liderazgo.

Impulsar iniciativas de cultura, bienestar y comunicación interna.

Liderar programas de capacitación y desarrollo para managers y equipos.

4. Compensación y Beneficios

Diseñar y mantener la estrategia integral de compensación.

Ejecutar ciclos de performance y revisiones salariales.

Realizar benchmarking con mercado local y regional.

5. People Operations y Cumplimiento

Administrar HRIS, payroll, contratos, onboarding, offboarding y documentación.

Gestionar relaciones laborales, cumplimiento legal y seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

Garantizar procesos eficientes, escalables y basados en datos.

- 7+ años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, incluyendo 5+ años liderando equipos.

Trayectoria en empresas de rápido crecimiento (ideal: fintech, tecnología, banca o consumo masivo).

Conocimiento profundo en Recruiting, Compensación, Desarrollo Organizacional, Cultura, Relaciones Laborales y People Operations.

Experiencia liderando procesos de scaling y transformación organizacional.

Habilidad para trabajar con equipos ejecutivos y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas (people analytics).

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y gestión del cambio.

Liderar una función estratégica desde su construcción.

Rol clave en la expansión regional del negocio.
