We are currently looking for an Oracle EBS Consultant to join our growing team.

What you´ll do

As an Oracle EBS consultant, you will lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle advisory engagements for one of our most important clients including process design, implementation life cycle support, and project reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Play a key role to partner with the application Support and Development teams for Oracle ERP to ensure appropriate levels of quality assurance that meet client's standards.
2. Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance to all standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve the issues for the existing developed applications and ensure tickets closed within SLA's.
4. Perform data and code analysis, design solutions, and troubleshoot production issues.
5. Report errors and code defects, collaborate to prioritize fixes and validate solutions. Participate in de-escalation plans and situation war rooms to resolve critical product issues impacting customer business operations.

Necessary skills and experience required:

1. Should have worked in two or more Oracle EBS Support/Rollouts/Integration Projects and act as a liaison between Business stakeholders, Procurement functions and Shared services team.
2. Experience with Techno Functional support in Oracle EBS with exposure to AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CM, and PO modules and knowledge of underlying the integrations between application technology and Interfaces.
3. Good experience in writing PL/SQL Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, Cursor procedures/functions/workflows and triggers.
4. Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.
5. English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
