Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations for the Mission Match Card Game, a unique educational game designed for military families and children.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships with military organizations, nonprofits, retail channels, influencers, and community groups to maximize reach, sales, and impact.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with military-affiliated organizations, educational groups, and influencers who align with our mission.
Retail & Distribution Deals: Secure partnerships with military exchanges (AAFES, NEX, MCX), online marketplaces, and independent toy/game stores.
Nonprofit & Government Collaboration: Engage with veteran service organizations, DoD family programs, and educational institutions to explore sponsorship or bulk purchase opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Growth: Develop co-branded initiatives, promotions, and events to increase awareness and adoption.
Fundraising & Grants: Work with leadership to identify grant opportunities and partnership sponsorships to support growth.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and relationship-building with partners to ensure sustained engagement.
Sales Support: Assist in developing sales pitches and materials to effectively communicate the value of Mission Match.
Business-to-Government (B2G) Partnerships (Top Priority): Identify and pursue opportunities within DoD, VA, military education programs, and government-affiliated organizations for procurement and distribution.
Engage with military exchanges (AAFES, NEX, MCX), MWR, base education centers, and DoDEA schools to establish purchasing agreements.
Research and apply for government contracts, bulk purchase programs, and grant opportunities to support game distribution to military families.
Build relationships with decision-makers in public affairs, family support programs, and education initiatives that align with our mission.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Partnerships: Develop partnerships with corporations, defense contractors, military nonprofits, and veteran service organizations for sponsorships and bulk purchases.
Secure co-branded opportunities with military-focused brands, publishers, or educational content providers to expand product reach.
Identify strategic alliances with corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that support military families.
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Partnerships: Explore retail partnerships with specialty stores, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces .
Work with influencers and military-family communities to boost direct-to-consumer sales.
Who You Are: You have experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or business development—ideally in education, family programs, toys/games, or military/veteran-focused initiatives.
You're a natural relationship-builder who thrives on trust, mission alignment, and long-term collaboration.
You've successfully executed co-branded campaigns, grant partnerships, or nonprofit collaborations.
You're comfortable navigating both community-based and institutional partnerships (B2B, B2C, and B2G).
You're proactive, organized, and love the challenge of opening doors that didn't exist before.
You're mission-driven—passionate about supporting military families, children's education, and building something with lasting social impact.
Spanish/English bilingual candidates with U.S. military cultural understanding are especially encouraged to apply.
Superb mastery of the English language – especially written & verbal communication.
