Job Description**
Position Summary**:
The Digital Partnerships, FinTech & Ventures team is responsible for driving commercial engagements with the world’s leading digital brands and emerging FinTech companies. The Manager will provide critical analytical, strategic, business development, and partnership management support to ensure that key partner programs and initiatives are developed, deployed, and managed effectively and efficiently. The role requires a Manager capable of leading multiple projects aimed at meeting and exceeding Visa and partner strategic priorities and objectives. The Manager will engage with internal and external partners within the digital commerce, payment enabler, FinTech, etc. segments to further position Visa as the digital payments partner of choice. Success requires working closely with a multitude of cross-functional Visa teams within Visa’s regional LAC office and in the markets, predominantly with Client Services, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance organizations as well as other internal business partners. The Manager will use strong analytical skills, contextual business sense, and a creative flair to solve real world business challenges for Visa’s Digital Partners in the LAC region.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Partner Management:

- Support the Partnership Director in the strategic and tactical management of one of Visa-LAC’s most important digital partners, operating across more than 7 LAC markets.
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities to deploy Visa products and solutions that can create win-win opportunities for Visa and the partner.
- Serve as the key point-of-contact between the partner and internal LAC/global teams.
- Co-lead end-to-end partner initiatives working in close collaboration with Sales, Product, CS, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders across the LAC and Global organization.
- Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive increased preference for Visa products/solutions.
- Support in the development of partner account plans specific to LAC, incorporating market insights to proactively address new growth opportunities for the partner and Visa.
- Monitoring partner performance and growth metrics, identifying insights and recommendations to improve partner standing or identify new commercial opportunities.

Market and Partner Analysis:

- Research industry trends and emerging themes in technology and payments that will shape the future of Visa’s business and support the development of Visa’s ‘point-of-view’ - internally and with the partner.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and support the creation of fact based insights about potential and existing partners, opportunities.
- Extract actionable business insights from internal and external data and build deliverables that clearly communicate the findings and recommendations.

Deal Structuring and Sales Tool Development:

- Support the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities for their strategic and financial value and providing business rationale and analytics in support of the opportunities.
- Developing standardized and bespoke deal structures for partners across the region, working closely with Visa Finance, Product, CS, etc. teams.
- Support the development, negotiation and signing of proposals by working with various internal stakeholders and ‘approvers’ for deals.

Sales Performance Reporting:

- Support the regional Digital Partnerships team in developing the team’s performance metrics and dashboards on monthly basis as it relates to large digital partners.
- Monitoring partner performance and growth metrics, identifying insights and recommendations for business development and account managers.
