El rol : Buscamos a un Sales Lead para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial.
Serás responsable de liderar a un equipo de 8 a 12 asesores comerciales, siendo tu principal misión el garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo.
Responsabilidades: Supervisar la actividad diaria y el desempeño del equipo de ventas.
Coordinar la capacitación y desarrollo continuo del equipo.
Gestionar y optimizar procesos de ventas para mejorar la eficiencia.
Establecer objetivos, revisar rendimiento y proporcionar feedback constructivo.
Asegurar la alineación del equipo con las metas y objetivos de la empresa.
Lo que te hará triunfar : Experiencia de 2-3 años gestionando equipos comerciales.
Experiencia de 2-3 años en ventas por teléfono.
Altas competencias en software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM).
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales.
Conocimientos en Marketing Digital.
Conocimiento de técnicas y estrategias de venta.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y negociación.
Gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.
Experiencia demostrable consiguiendo objetivos comerciales.
Experiencia previa en agencias de marketing digital, empresas de digitalización o SaaS.
Comunicación clara y persuasiva.
Habilidades de coaching y capacitación.
Análisis y toma de decisiones.
Adaptabilidad y gestión del cambio.
