Amorino is seeking a highly experienced Retail Team Head to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a central role in our fast-evolving retail gelato industry. As a Retail Team Head, you will be a true leader for your team, with multiple responsibilities and a main objective: increasing sales by managing administrative and commercial activities of the store.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, supervise, and continuously train staff on Amorino's values and standards.
  • Ensure quality customer service.
  • Implement actions to engage customers.
  • Manage and optimize inventory, supervise stocktaking, and place orders.
  • Monitor daily sales and store traffic.
  • Responsible for managing and organizing team duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year retail and food experience.
  • Strong communication and team spirit skills, as well as customer-focused mindset.
