Job Description As a Bilingual Sales Representative , you will report to the Manager of Inside Sales Representatives and handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Your goal is to generate qualified opportunities for insurance agents by identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, building rapport, and ensuring seamless transfers to the appropriate team.

Visit ) The Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales and customer service (must-have).
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to overcome objections and navigate challenges effectively.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive for success.
Passionate about delivering value and conveying a clear message to customers.
Strong written skills for effective note-taking and documentation.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Your Daily Tasks Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents.
Handle inbound calls by identifying the reason for the call and transferring the customer to the appropriate queue.
Build rapport with clients over the phone to establish trust and engagement.
Execute the sales process effectively with organized notes and follow-up tasks.
Collect and record customer information accurately and diligently.
Clearly communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets, including calls, transfers, conversions, and quality metrics.
