What you will do at Topsort Partner with the sales team to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to showcase Topsort's capabilities.
Understand clients' technical requirements and design tailored solutions using Topsort's APIs and platform.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
Assist in developing sales materials, technical documentation, and training resources.
Guide customers through the integration process, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in ad tech and e-commerce.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions engineering preferably in ad tech, SaaS, or related field.
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Proficient in building integration tools and APIs.
Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth).
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred experience: Experience in SaaS integrations or ad tech.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms.
This is a technical position; you will go through the same interview process that any software engineer will get to enter Topsort.
