Como Account Receivable Senior , serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de cuentas por cobrar, asegurando la facturación precisa y oportuna, el seguimiento de pagos, la resolución de disputas y la conciliación de cuentas.
Buscamos a alguien con excelentes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y organización, capaz de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Responsabilidades Clave: Facturación: Generar y enviar facturas precisas y oportunas a los clientes.
Seguimiento de Pagos: Monitorear las cuentas por cobrar y realizar un seguimiento proactivo de los pagos vencidos.
Cobranza: Contactar a los clientes para recordar pagos pendientes y negociar planes de pago cuando sea necesario.
Resolución de Disputas: Investigar y resolver disputas de facturación de manera eficiente y efectiva.
Conciliación: Conciliar las cuentas por cobrar con los registros contables internos.
Informes: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas por cobrar, incluyendo el análisis de la antigüedad de los saldos.
Cumplimiento: Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en relación con las cuentas por cobrar.
Mejora Continua: Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos de cuentas por cobrar.
Requisitos: Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado (deseable).
Experiencia comprobada en cuentas por cobrar (mínimo 2 años).
Conocimiento de principios contables básicos.
Dominio de software de contabilidad (ej.
SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
Atención al detalle y precisión.
Habilidades de negociación y resolución de problemas.
