Job Description: Customs Brokerage Rep I Location: Bogotá Grado: 5 Buscamos un Asistente de gestión y Servicio al Cliente en Aduanas para realizar las siguientes Responsabilidades : Trámites operativos de zona franca, puertos y aeropuertos.
Recibir y revisar documentación por parte del analista para iniciar proceso de nacionalización de las mercancías de los diferentes clientes.
Elaborar declaraciones de importación (análisis de documentación, modalidades, incoterm, valoración, partida arancelaria, separación de bultos, emplantillamientos, bases de datos).
Realizar los procesos de exportación elaborando los documentos necesarios para ello (sae, planilla de recepción, criterios de origen, certificados de origen, operación antinarcóticos y demás).
Elaboración de registros y licencias de importación.
Comunicar de forma oportuna al jefe inmediato sobre las novedades, problemas o dificultades que se puedan presentar y que requieran ser escalados.
Realizar los procesos que le sean asignados siguiendo los lineamientos y de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
Enviar a crear los productos al departamento de clasificación.
Realizar operaciones de retiros de mercancías cuando la operación así lo requiera.
Realizar las solicitudes de facturación de los procesos, elaborar los cuadros, reportes, plantillas y demás documentos que se requieran para la facturación de los procesos, teniendo en cuenta los pagos terceros y condicionamiento de los DO.
Back up analista en ausencia de este.
Requisitos :
• Formación Académica: Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o Admin de Empresas.
• Experiencia: 2 + años en servicio al cliente para aduanas.
• Conocimientos Específicos: Legislación aduanera, y Opencomex.
Condiciones Contractuales:
• Horario de Lunes a viernes de 7:30am – 5:30pm o 8am-6pm.
• Modalidad Presencial.
• Contrato a término indefinido directamente con la empresa.
