Resumen de trabajo Esta posición utiliza las regulaciones de importación/exportación para clasificar los productos y determina la elegibilidad para varios programas regulatorios involucrados en las importaciones y exportaciones internacionales.
Este puesto sirve como enlace entre UPS y las entidades gubernamentales, resolviendo problemas relacionados con declaraciones de aduana, restricciones de envío y pagos de impuestos.
Responsabilidades: Sustancia decisiones de clasificación utilizando Reglas Generales de Interpretación (GROI), Notas Explicativas, CROSS (Sistema de Búsqueda en Línea de Resoluciones Aduaneras) y otros recursos.
Participa en proyectos de verificación del país de origen, contacta a los proveedores para obtener el país de origen correcto para los productos de los clientes.
Administra y organiza bases de datos de productos e información de clasificación en Excel y Access.
Ingresa clasificaciones de productos y justificación en el sistema operativo propietario.
Se comunica proactivamente con los clientes, incluida la educación de los clientes sobre los procedimientos reglamentarios.
Calificaciones: Fuerte conocimiento de las Regulaciones de Aduanas y Protección Fronteriza de los EE.

Licenciatura (o título comparable internacionalmente) - Preferido Experiência en Comercio Internacional, Logística o Transporte de Carga - Preferiblemente Experiência previa con clasificación y/o determinación de FTA - Preferiblemente
