Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience building out data infrastructure and analytics tools to support financial modeling, data visualization, and efficient data pipeline management.
You will work with tools such as Sigma, dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake to drive data initiatives and ensure seamless integration and analysis across our systems.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive charts and analytics views using Sigma .
Build and maintain SQL data models and financial models using dbt (data build tool).
Manage and optimize Fivetran data connectors to ensure reliable and scalable data flows.
Administer and optimize Snowflake as a data warehouse solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and insights.
Maintain and enhance the data warehouse architecture and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues and ensure data consistency.
Implement best practices for data management, ETL processes, and data integrity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt for data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Fivetran and managing data connectors.
Experience administering and managing Snowflake as a data warehouse.
Familiarity with Sigma for building analytics views and dashboards.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
