**Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Data Engineer** who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure required for processing and storing the data of the company and its services. You will to join our team in Latam (Remote) to help us to improve Moabits business strategy.

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing, organising, and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systems.
- Creating data pipelines to move data between systems.
- Ensure data quality, optimize data retrieval and processing.
- Managing and monitoring data security.
- Providing reports to improve business processes.
- Collaborating with team members in data collecting.
- Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and regulations and staying up to date with emerging technologies in the field.
- Creating and maintaining data management documentation.
- Support business performance dashboards creation based on data analysis.
- Reporting to key stakeholders in the company.
- Ensure the KPI’s set are met in time.

**You should bring this skills and experience**:

- BS or Technical degree in Data Engineer, Information Science, or similar, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in data engineering.
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Quicksight AWS, SQL and other data bases technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
- Data modelling and data warehousing.
- Reporting & Analysis.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Lastly, and most importantly, a good attitude to work is needed.
