Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Territory Manager para uno de nuestros clientes del rubro tecnológico, esta posición tendrá a cargo Colombia y la región centroamericana dentro del Equipo de Ventas y Marketing de LATAM dentro del cargo debe implementar la estrategia para impulsar la función de ventas de la región local.
La estrategia tendrá como objetivo alcanzar y superar las ventas de la empresa, la rentabilidad, las metas y objetivos de negocio.
Además, dirigirá un plan de ventas para las principales cuentas de la región (canales y Retail)

Entre las principales funciones del rol se encuentran:
- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia para impulsar la función del territorio para lograr y superar las ventas de la empresa, la rentabilidad, las metas y objetivos comerciales.
- Construir nuevas asociaciones y gestionar las relaciones existentes.
- Cree programas de reembolso y asegure la integración exitosa de los planes de utilidad para los clientes.
- Implementar el plan de ventas para las principales cuentas y ser responsable de los objetivos de ventas y el rendimiento de la región.
- Construir, mantener y aprovechar relaciones sólidas con los principales distribuidores, minoristas, revendedores de valor agregado, clientes corporativos / empresariales para aumentar el conocimiento de la marca y el producto.
- Representar la estrategia de ventas a través de equipos transversales y alinearse con los equipos de Marketing y productos.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para permitir las ventas de líneas de productos profesionales y minoristas en toda la región.
- Impulsar y mejorar continuamente el proceso de ventas y los estándares que pertenecen al área de ventas de la región.
- Comprender la regulación local, los aranceles, los impuestos y otras prácticas comerciales internacionales y comunicarse con las partes interesadas internas.
- Proteger la reputación de la Compañía manteniendo la confidencialidad de la información.
