Customer Care Manager, your future opportunity?
You will ensure the maintenance of service levels established by the regional management of the area in the ANCAM region to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
You will report to our Supply Chain Manager, you will be based in Bogota.
In this exciting opportunity, you'll: Monitor the supply flow to ANCAM customers from our affiliates through weekly dialogue spaces between the Ancam Customer Care team and the affiliates to find solutions to the dispatch problems reported by the team.
Coordinate the follow-up of claims and special agreements between affiliates and customers in the region to close claim cases.
Manage the supply flow of purchase orders from Colombian customers at the Indent and Re-sale level, to guarantee the delivery of products in the times negotiated with customers.
Advise the Customer Care Analyst Colombia in dealing with internal audits or audits from external organizations to the company to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work with Demand Planning.
Participate in the activities of the EHS management system to strengthen your safety behavior and your health at work.
Have the authority to stop activities that may create dangers to your health and/or personal safety or that of your colleagues.
Have the authority to report unsafe conditions that may produce dangers to your health and/or personal safety or that of your colleagues.
Participate in the applicable processes within the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
Your professional profile includes: Professional in administrative sciences, foreign trade or related areas.
3+ years in Customer Service, import and export logistics.
Desirable experience in food industry or related.
SAP system management (customer care module).
Office package management.
SST statistics system management.
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
Knowledge of administrative and financial processes.
