Responsibilities Manage and organize pre-litigation case files using a combination of traditional methods and cutting-edge AI-assisted tools Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring they're well-informed about their case progress Collaborate with attorneys to prepare comprehensive documentation for legal proceedings Engage in professional interactions with insurance adjusters, working within predefined settlement parameters to achieve optimal outcomes for clients Spearhead the adoption and utilization of new technologies, including the upcoming CloudLux platform, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive client information, including social security numbers and personal data Contribute to the development of best practices for remote work while maintaining the firm's professional standards and security protocols Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and a passion for learning new technologies Sharp attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple case files efficiently Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes, with a willingness to expand knowledge in pre-litigation practices Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning, especially in adopting new legal technologies and AI tools Strong ethical foundation with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professional conduct Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates demonstrating strong potential Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_21064_JOB
