Logistics Analyst

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar el seguimiento a OC's de MP y Servicios a través del reporte de OC's vencidas, cruzándolo con la información de faltantes de los programadores de plantas, para asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno.
- Trabajo con los proveedores en su desempeño de OTIF
- Paralelo a la gestión de seguimiento de OC's, alertar a los usuarios de los incumplimientos y gestionar planes de acción para evitar desabastecimiento.
- Ser el Business Partner para los usuarios de las diferentes áreas en su site.
Gestionar reclamos, quejas o necesidades.
- Gestionar los reclamos a proveedores, hacer seguimiento a las SAC para el envío de notas crédito y apoyar las devoluciones.
- Investigación e implementación de nuevos métodos que permitan la simplificación de procesos en la cadena logística de abastecimiento, eliminando desperdicios y generando valor a la cadena logística.
- Apoyar los procesos de Logística Local con la gestión de: Control del indicador de OTIF, gestión con los proveedores y los usuarios en planta, revisar mensualmente la cuenta Clearing y mantenerla bajo los estándares establecidos y revisar mensualmente las OC vencidas para su control.
**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en administración, negocios internacionales, comercio exterior y carreras afines (se aceptará perfiles que estén cursando carrera, pero que tengan experiência de mínimo 2 años en logística).
- Mínimo 2 años en cargos de logística, compras o comercio exterior.
- Manejo de excel y SAP.
