Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
Proficient in English language (B2+ or higher).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Basic understanding of Internet fundamentals (e.g., Servers, Packages, IPs, Clients).
Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work.
Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics.
Foundational technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Curiosity and strong business acumen.
Nice to have: Experience with Windows or Linux administration.
Previous experience in analyst roles.
Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, C++, Python, or Java.
Experience in SQL database administration.
Skills in defining and designing CM standards for technology.
