**Ubicación**: Presencial en Barranquilla y Medellín
**Horario**: Disponibilidad de Lunes a viernes de 12 del mediodía a 10:00 PM y fines de semana de 9 AM a 5 PM - **2 días off a la semana.
**
**Remuneración**: $3.200.000 COP (2.080.000 prestcional + 1.120.000 no prestacional) + comisiones de entre 500 mil a 2 millones + bonos
**Responsabilidades**
- Mantener un enfoque servicial, cortés y profesional siguiendo nuestro guion escrito.
- Desarrollar un sólido entendimiento de los requisitos y aplicarlos al prospecto.
- Demostrar un conocimiento profundo del destino, el resort y los paquetes promocionales disponibles.
- Comunicar claramente las consecuencias financieras de no realizar el recorrido o no cumplir con los requisitos establecidos.
- Completar rápidamente y con precisión las reservas de vacaciones en nuestro sistema.
- Realizar un seguimiento constante de las reservas y solucionar problemas de verificación de inmediato.
- Alcanzar y superar los objetivos mínimos de producción y conversión.
- Demostrar habilidades para tener éxito en un entorno acelerado con prioridades cambiantes.
**Requisitos INDISPENSABLES**
- Experiência previa en SALES de **mínimo 1 año.

- Habilidad para comunicarse clara y efectivamente con clientes, compañeros de trabajo y gerencia.
- Debe mostrar interés y deseo de formar parte de una campaña de ventas.
