**Requisitos**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajarás con nuestros equipos internos de desarrollo de software para recopilar requisitos y garantizar que se cumplan las mejores prácticas.
- Cumplirás con los estándares de codificación de seguridad y la industria existente que se adhieren para fortalecer el escaneo y otros requisitos de revisión de herramientas de seguridad.
- Ejecutarás scripts de prueba contra el código para garantizar una entrega de calidad.
- Diseñar la arquitectura tecnológica de la solución en colaboración del equipo técnico
- Guiar a los equipos de proyecto sobre prácticas de codificación, integración continua y despliegue automatizadoMentor del equipo técnico, específicamente con respecto a patrones y lineamientos de desarrollo.
- Ser práctico y comprometerse con la codificación para ayudar al equipo a desarrollar soluciones y resolver problemas que puedan surgir; identificar y eliminar obstáculos técnicos
- Trabajar junto al dueño de producto para alinear la hoja de ruta en base a las fortalezas y oportunidades tecnológicas
- Compartir ideas con el dueño de producto para crear historias y definir criterios de aceptación, y comunicar trade-offs efectivamente a los diseñadores UX/UI
- Buscar continuamente mejores formas de resolver los problemas técnicos y diseñar soluciones, sin temor a cuestionar el statu quo
- Proporcionar al equipo una hoja de ruta para implementar prácticas de ingeniería de software que mejoren la seguridad, calidad y estabilidad de la solución

**Requisitos mínimos**
- **️ Hard Skills**

Experiência en el Área
- +5 años de experiência como Technical Lead
- Profundo conocimiento tecnológico de arquitectura y tecnologías front-end, back-end, cloud
- Experiência en el desarrollo y escalamiento de soluciones tecnológicas de alta calidad y resiliencia
- Capaz de tomar decisiones de arquitectura a nível de equipo y producto
- Experiência en roles de liderazgo técnico
- Experiência en backend en NodeJs y JavaScript.
- Experiência significativa escribiendo y utilizando servicios API RESTful orientados a servicios autónomos y aplicaciones de gran escala para ajustar el rendimiento.
- Experiência con sistemas de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL
- Preferible experiência en integración con frameworks JavaScript, como React, Angular JS.
- Plus: Conocimiento en Java

Experiência Agile
- Desarrollo Agile, preferentemente liderando equipos de desarrollo multifuncionales y en arquitectura de soluciones
- Conoce la relación con el dueño de producto, scrum master, líder de diseño y el resto del equipo técnico
- Experiência en gestión de prioridades técnicas en el backlog

**Soft Skills**
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para alinear a la organización en torno a decisiones técnicas complejas
- Coach y mentor activo cuyo objetivo es desarrollar y maximizar el potencial del equipo
- Proactividad y pasión por el cliente.
- Asertividad.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipos multifuncionales (técnicos, negocios, diseño, etc).
- Habilidades comunicacionales críticas, sobre todo de escucha y empatía con el usuario/cliente y para comunicar mensajes complejos y enseñar nuevos conceptos.
- Capacidad de mediador, para resolver conflictos dentro del equipo antes que sea un problema.
- Capacidad de buscar soluciones simples a problemas complejos.
- Mentalidad de aprendiz, siempre buscando mejores formas de hacer la vida más fácil y buscando constantemente nutrir su toolbox de herramientas (leyendo, haciendo cursos, enseñando, entre otros).
