Hello We are **Tekton Labs**, a technology and software development consulting company, founded in **Silicon Valley** and with offices in **Peru**, **Mexico** and the **United States**. We have 15 years of experience designing and developing innovative solutions to help companies (and especially people) achieve their goals. As we grow, the challenges increase. For this, we seek to integrate a **Senior Tech Lead (Python/Java/AWS)** into our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the team's professional growth.
- Project Management:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to the development and maintenance of critical systems.
- You will be required to code actively, not only lead a team.
- Security expertise is valued over banking domain knowledge.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Foster effective communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

- Lead the team in addressing complex technical challenges and making informed decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure system stability.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their integration when beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a software development or related role.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead position.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Team Collaboration:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Project Management:

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
