**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a Tech Lead Software QA Manual Tester to join our team in Colombia and work on an innovative project in the pet tech industry.

Who are we looking for?

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer or in a similar role.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
- Experience or knowledge with Git, Bitbucket, Unix/Linux, Jenkins
- Experience testing Cloud components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of version control systems and issue-tracking tools.
- Intermediate (B2) English or above; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experience with AWS

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Design, implement and monitor QA reports and metrics.
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency if needed
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to verify successful issue resolution.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Communicates and collaborates with developers and other team members.
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required.
