**Responsibilities**:

- Intake and active management of new client implementations by establishing and maintaining close relationship with customers;
- Plan and manage projects with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates, as well as customer satisfaction;
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;
- Reporting, documentation, and project analysis including pipeline, timeline adherence, post-mortem, KPI review;
- Coordinate internal/external and facilitate task completion resources for flawless execution of multiple projects;
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- Report and escalate to management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Project Management Experience/ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
- Experience in a software development environment;
- Integrity;
- Customer orientation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Ability to work with deadlines and with minimum supervision;
- Familiarity with working with Gantt charts;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
