**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. This role is contributing to the Project develop and execution in Colombia Process Automation Projects. Main stakeholders are Customers, Project Engineers, suppliers and more.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Degree in Electric or Electromechanical Engineering
- Ability to demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience working with different stakeholders.
- Experience in project and people management.
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Viability to travel.
