**WORK CONTEXT**

Cesvi lavora in Colombia dal 2019, con base a Santa Marta. La strategia di Cesvi in Colombia si articola in interventi umanitari in risposta ai bisogni della popolazione Venezuelana emigrata e alle comunità ospitanti. L’intervento di Cesvi si è specializzato nel 2021 oltre che nel settore della protezione dei migranti, anche in quello della promozione dell’impiego e dell’imprenditoria di migranti e comunità ospitanti, con particolare attenzione alla promozione di iniziative comunitarie per la prevenzione della violenza e favorire la convivenza pacifica.

In questo contesto, Cesvi ha avviato a luglio 2022 un progetto finanziato da AICS volto a garantire l'inclusione socioeconomica delle donne venezuelane migranti e rifugiate; il progetto promuove l'occupabilità, l'imprenditorialità, l'inclusione finanziaria, la formalizzazione del lavoro e il lavoro dignitoso tramite 3 principali componenti:
1) Miglioramento dei servizi locali che permettano l'accesso alla formazione;
2) Rafforzamento dell'accesso all'occupazione, all'imprenditorialità e a strumenti di inclusione finanziaria;
3) Accompagnamento nell’applicazione delle politiche pubbliche che facilitino l'inclusione socio-economica, attraverso partnership pubblico-private per unire domanda e offerta di lavoro

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Il **Capo Progetto** ha funzione di rappresentanza del progetto nei confronti di **AICS**, autorità locali, e altri stakeholders, è responsabile per la gestione dell’intero progetto, del coordinamento con i partner, monitora e supervisiona l’attuazione delle attività e assicura completa reportistica delle attività svolte.

La collaborazione inizierà dal** 1 maggio.**

Il Capo Progetto sarà basato a **Santa Marta (Colombia)**, con **frequenti visite** nell’area di **Barranquilla**.

**Principali responsabilità e compiti**:

- Monitoraggio delle attività di progetto e identificazione di modifiche necessarie
- Coordinamento con i partner del progetto;
- Garantire la corretta archiviazione della documentazione di progetto;
- Gestione finanziaria, delle procedure d’acquisto relative ai progetti assegnati, in collaborazione con l’amministratore locale e sotto la supervisione degli Area Administrative Coordinator in HQ e il Regional Administrator per la corretta allocazione dei costi;
- Gestione delle relazioni con i donor di progetto;
- Redazione di relazioni e invio di documentazione al donatore (tramite l’HQ) garantendo il raggiungimento dei risultati previsti nel documento di progetto per il periodo correlato;
- Gestione della relazione con gli stakeholder del progetto;
- Gestione efficiente dell’ufficio, degli oggetti e degli strumenti;
- Selezione, gestione e coordinamento delle risorse umane di progetto
- Redazione di analisi del contesto e dei bisogni e sviluppo di proposte progettuali per espandere la presenza di Cesvi nell'area.

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti essenziali**
- Laurea specialistica di secondo livello e/o Master in Cooperazione e sviluppo e/o laurea affine
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza nell'ambito delle ONG nella gestione e nell'implementazione di progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali, in particolare nel settore di livelihood/sviluppo di capacità imprenditoriali locali
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo finanziati da Donatori Istituzionali, in particolar modo AICS (pianificazione amministrativa e finanziaria)
- Buone capacità di reportistica, analisi degli indicatori e degli obiettivi del progetto
- Conoscenza approfondita di tutte le fasi del project cycle management
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata). Il donatore del progetto opera in italiano
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua spagnola (scritta e parlata)
- Eccellenti capacità di problem-solving e di analisi
- Auto-motivazione, in grado di prendere iniziative, resiliente e in grado di lavorare in modo indipendente
- Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di seguire le procedure, rispettare le scadenze e lavorare in team

**Requisiti desiderabili**
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di Progetti in contesti di migrazione, volti all’integrazione socio-economica dei migranti
- Pregressa esperienza lavorativa in Colombia e/o altri Paesi dell’America Latina
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo in collaborazione con ONG locali e nel rafforzamento delle capacità degli enti locali.
