- (RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN):
Under the direction of the Global Hub Manager, is responsible for leading and monitoring team efficiency and effectiveness based on performance metrics (KPI´s) in alignment with team goals.
- Bajo la dirección del Global Hub Manager, es responsable de liderar y monitorear la eficiencia y efectividad del equipo con base en métricas de desempeño (KPI) alineadas con los objetivos del equipo._
- Tendrá que coordinar el equipo pero también ejecutar tareas, rastrear y revisar actividades relacionadas con las actividades operativas de CSS brindando soporte y asistencia a cualquier depósito de CSS en LATAM que cubra la operación de CSS y las tareas administrativas relacionadas. El Supervisor debe desempeñar un alto nível de atención/enfoque al cliente, sentido de conciencia para la resolución de problemas diarios mientras aplica un alto nível de habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas._

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES):
Ensure training staff in order that all tasks are completed in an appropriate, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Garantizar la formación del personal para que todas las tareas se completen de forma adecuada, oportuna y rentable._

Make suggestions to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency to develop the performance of the department.
- Realizar sugerencias para mejorar los procesos, la eficiencia y la coherencia para desarrollar el desempeño del departamento._

Ensure the timely filing and update of the activities under its responsibility, to allow the generation of performance indicators and reports for the team and other offices.
- Asegurar el archivo y actualización oportuna de las actividades bajo su responsabilidad, para permitir la generación de indicadores e informes de desempeño para el equipo y otras oficinas._

To keep proper communication with other offices/Depots of World Courier as needed in a kind and timely manner.
- Mantener una comunicación adecuada con otras oficinas/Depósitos de World Courier según sea necesario de manera amable y oportuna._

Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contains all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities.
- Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) de World Courier, que contienen todas las instrucciones específicas para desarrollar las actividades diarias del Depósito._

Monitor and carry out operational processes for depots with a view to gain efficiency allowing the depot teams to concentrate their efforts on the core operational depot processes.
- Supervisar y llevar a cabo los procesos operativos de los depósitos con miras a ganar eficiencia, permitiendo a los equipos del depósito concentrar sus esfuerzos en los procesos operativos centrales del depósito._

Perform activities in the Warehouse Management system (CTM-Star) related to Inbound Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
- Realizar actividades en el sistema de Gestión de Almacenes (CTM-Star) relacionadas con los procesos de Inbound Outbound, Return y Reubicación._

Upload of documents in CTM-STAR system, related with any operational process.
- Carga de documentos en el sistema CTM-STAR, relacionados con cualquier proceso operativo._

Generate the reports for stock, balance sheet, expiry date control and relocations as requested.
- Generar los informes de stock, balance, control de vencimientos y reubicaciones según lo solicitado._

Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for, as required.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea para la que el empleado haya sido capacitado, según sea necesario._

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (_EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS ACADÉMICOS_):
Required:

- University Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics or related fields.
- Licenciatura Universitaria en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales, Logística o carreras afines._
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the Logistics field and or business support function with leadership experience
- 3 a 5 años de experiência comprobada en el campo de la logística o función de soporte empresarial con experiência en liderazgo._
- English and Spanish fluency_. (Fluidez en inglés y español)._

Preferred:

- 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams (_1 o 2 años de experiência liderando equipos_)

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS (REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DE HÁBILIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS Y CAPACIDADES):
