**What you will do**:

- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Handling customers inquiries regarding product functionality, subscription, troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs
- Escalating cases to client's internal teams
- Writing help center articles
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Team Lead
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Experience in customer service
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

**Will be a great plus**:

- Experience in technical support
