**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Monitoring multiple RS boxes and ensuring that incoming requests are directed to the appropriate intake systems. It could involve sorting and categorizing requests based on their nature and SOP documents provided.
- Seeking additional information where the information provided is unclear or incomplete. This task involves reaching out to the relevant individuals or teams in the field to gather the necessary additional details or clarification required for processing the request.
- Providing status updates to stakeholders to inform them about the progress of previously submitted requests. Status updates could include information on whether the request is being processed, completed, or if there are any delays or issues.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- 1 or more years of relevant experience with pricing processes, customer service, analytical or financial institution and/or process driven back office or related.
- High school degree.
- Fluent in English level.
- Customer Service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with numerical competencies.
- Proactive personality.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Solution driven & Customer Focused.
- Team player.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge in SAP, SFDC
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience of working in a corporate, multicultural environment is an advantage.
