- What you will be doing

- Plan and execute shipment orders as well as their administrative execution according to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or any other required standards related to customer. Complete all tasks in a correct, timely and cost-efficient manner in order to fulfil and exceed clients’ expectations for them to receive maximum amount of service-quality. _(planear y ejecutar los órdenes de embarque así como la ejecución de los requerimientos administrativos de acuerdo a los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (_SOP_s) de la Compañía así como cualquier otro requerimiento estandarizado_ relacionados con clentes_. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _(Responsabilidades principales)_:
Resolve all Customer Inquires related to shipments, packaging, routes, etc.. _(Resolver todos los requerimientos relacionados con envios, embalajes, rutas, etc)_

Quote to customers, considering local policies and procedures. _(_Cotizaciones_ a clientes_. _s_iguien_d_o las politicas _y procedimientos _locales_)_

Start Jobs on TMS, write and follow up notes as needed, including all paperwork ‘support in order to obtain the ok to send. _(_Dar de alta las_ órdenes en el Sistema TMS, escribir y dar seguimiento a notas según lo necesario, incluyendo toda la documentacion de soporte para obtener el ok to send.)_

Select routing according to customers’ needs by deciding on a single or combination of transportation type (airplane, car, train etc.), and calculate transit times and shipment prices and /or provide intended flights. _(_E_legir la ruta adecuada para las necesidades de los clientes, decidiendo entre un transporte único o una combinación de transportes (avión, camioneta, tren, etc.)_,_ _y calcular los tiempos de tránsito y costos de distribución_ y/o proporcionar vuelos previstos_)_

Provide detailed instructions to OPS trough established templates. Make sure the shipment starts in a timely manner according to the preparation and delivery instructions and monitor it during transportation; react flexible to any deviation and solve any issue to guarantee de service is finished according to clients’ needs. _(_Proveer instrucciones detalladas a Operaciones a través de templates establecios. Book and pre-advise shipments, continuously check and update notes in TMS and complete Jobs to invoice them. _(Reserva y envía preavisos para los embarques en _TMS_, revisa y actualiza _diariamente l_as notas y cierra las órdenes para su facturación)_

Works securely with all pertinent regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as the relevant laws and ordinances. _(trabaja de acuerdo a las regulaciones pertinentes (ADR/DGR/IATA) así como con leyes relevantes)_

Advise clients with explanations of services, transport charges, issue or request of necessary documentation for transportation, inform about irregularities/delays, etc. _(Dar soporte a los clientes con explicación de servicios, cargos por transportación, expedición o requerimiento de la documentación necesaria para transportación, informar de _irregularidades/retrasos,_ etc.)_

Conduct Job Pricing, including every single extra charges applicable ensuring the costs incurred by our company. _Realizar el pricing de cada jobs, colocando cada extracargo que corresponda asegurando los costos incurridos por la empresa_

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS _(Requerimientos de educación y experiência)_:
