Salvar y sostener vidas monitoreando el proceso de importación y
exportación de mercancías, despacho con los organismos competentes,
control de toda la documentación, negociación, cumplimiento de los plazos
y costos, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente y las normas internas.

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**
- Seguimiento oportuno a las órdenes de importación y exportación para las diferentes unidades de negocio de Baxter.
- Cumplir con todos los requerimientos aduaneros y logísticos para los procesos de comercio exterior.
- Cumplir con las regulaciones aduaneras de cada uno de los países los cuales se importa o se exporta producto.
- Gestión Logística con proveedores de servicio para garantizar el óptimo nível de servicio que requiere la organización.
- Garantizar el diligenciamiento oportuno de la herramienta de comercio exterior para el control de las operaciones.
- Garantizar que los valores facturados por los proveedores logísticos sean los acordados.
- Dar visibilidad al supervisor del área cualquier variación que se tenga en el costo logístico.
- Participar activamente en los espacios de la organización donde se debe proporcionar estatus de las cargas y brindar asesoría en los procesos que lo requieran.
- Solicitud de cotizaciones Spot en caso de que no se tenga un tarifario de las mismas.
- Gestión de reclamos SCAR cuando se presente una desviación por parte de un proveedor de servicio.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos de calidad en los procesos de comercio exterior.
- Cerrar a tiempo las NCR que se tengan asignadas
- Soporte a los ejercicios financieros del área.

**Lo que aportarás**
- Profesional universitario graduado en Comercio Exterior o Administración de Empresas.
- Más de un año de experiência en comercio exterior.
- Conocimiento en importaciones, aduanas, seguimiento de lotes, producto terminado y presupuestos.
- Inglés Intermedio Avanzado
- Excel avanzado, deseable JD Edwards y Power BI.
