**¿A quién buscamos?**

Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Senior Outbound Sales Representative, para que se incorpore al Equipo de Sales de Colombia, y sea la persona encargada de asesorar a nuestros clientes escuchando sus necesidades y problemáticas, identificando oportunidades de mejora que ofrece el producto a fin de concretar la venta. Para ello, tendrá que trabajar colaborativamente con los distintos equipos de la empresa, velando por el cierre exitoso de la venta.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de cobertura para llegar a nuevos clientes del mercado colombiano.
- Hacer una generación de demanda propia que alimente su pipeline de manera consistente.
- Hacer seguimiento a los contactos de los leads para captación e incremento de ventas.
- Iniciar y mantener comunicación por canales online y offline, generando encuentros con clientes potenciales para dar a conocer el producto para así levantar prospectos de ventas.
- Mantener el uso del CRM para mantener registro actualizado de la información comercial y gestiones realizadas con cada cliente.
- Ser capaz de hacer demostraciones de producto y un levantamiento de información sobre las necesidades de los clientes.
- Trabajar y coordinar equipos de trabajo para lograr la consecución de las metas de ventas.
- Construir relaciones de confianza para desarrollar los proyectos con cuentas clave.
- Conocimientos de Cadencia de Forecast y gestión del Pipeline.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Al menos 3-4 años de experiência en venta consultiva, idealmente en venta de SaaS
- Habilidades de negociación y cierre para las ventas.
- Manejo de CRM.
- Auto-motivado y orientado a resultados.
- Manejo de tecnologías (nube, software de servicios).
