**Retos de la posición**
- Liderar el desarrollo de características para nuestra plataforma web utilizando Symfony.
- Desarrollar mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades para los diferentes proyectos de backend que tenemos actualmente en la compañía.
- Participar en la planificación y diseño de arquitectura de aplicaciones web escalables.
- Asegurar la calidad del código a través de pruebas unitarias y revisiones de código.
- Participar en la mejora continua de procesos y metodologías de trabajo.
- Ayudar a los miembros del equipo a resolver problemas técnicos y mejorar sus
habilidades.
- Proporcionar soporte y mantenimiento para aplicaciones en producción.

**Requisitos de la posición**
- Tener al menos 5 años de experiência en desarrollo web con Symfony.
- Experiência en arquitectura de microservicios.
- Experiência en la construcción de aplicaciones web escalables.
- Tener amplia experiência con GIT, hacer pull request, rebase, code reviews.
- Tener experiência con Docker.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
