**Project** Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop data warehouse and integration solution using Snowflake and ETL tools from existing installation of Murex on the cloud
- Migrate position, P&L, Risk, and other reference data from Murex to Snowflake database
- Strong understanding of the Snowflake concepts and implement the latest features in the existing data analytics platform
- Develop data models and data structures, as necessary, as part of data migration from Murex
- Design, develop and maintain Snowflake database objects (tables, views, procedures, Snow pipe etc.,)
- Knowledge on Snowpark and modernize the architecture with the capabilities (a plus)
- Design automated solutions for building, testing, monitoring, and deploying ETL and ELT solutions.
- Coordinate with source systems engineering teams to analyze data to improve efficiency, performance as well maintain elevated levels of data quality and data consistency.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and data issues
- Create and validate test plans, test scripts, and perform data validation
- Build and maintain data dictionary and process documentation
- Present solutions to leadership, management, architects, and developers.
- Involve in all aspects of the project, from requirements gathering and design to development and deployment.
- Research new technologies and trends in the cloud-computing space

**Skills**:
Must have
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data warehousing and/or data integration
- Must have experience with migration of trade data and risk data into Snowflake
- Must have experience with Capital Markets software like Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade
- SQL Server adaptor
- 2+ years of development experience in Snowflake platform.
- Demonstrated experience with Snowflake implementation, development, and SQL
- Should have can-do attitude with the ability to drive success as independent and team player
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python scripting.
- Should be able to bring best standards and practices from previous experience.
- Strong learnability and analytical skills
- Good understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have
- Certification on Snowflake platform will be added advantage
- Experience in DevOps-aligned delivery teams
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
