**Description de la mission**:

- Cegid recherche un Service Manager sur Lyon pour rejoindre nos équipes Cloud.

En tant que Service Delivery Lead, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein des Cloud Operations, en couvrant plusieurs aspects des processus ITIL afin d'assurer la maturité du service au sein de l'organisation.
- Le Service Delivery Lead joue le rôle de gestionnaire d'incidents, de gestionnaire de problèmes, de gestionnaire de changements et de gestionnaire des connaissances.

En détails vous allez:
**Incident Management**:
- Gérer la gestion des incidents. ( Diriger la réponse aux incidents majeurs ,la résolution de l'incident (solution ou contournement) plutôt que l'analyse de la cause première).-
- Coordonner la gestion des incidents ( mobiliser les personnes adéquates, veiller à la tracabilité des incidents dans le système, diriger les revues d'incidents avec les Responsables Cloud)-
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus pour permettre une gestion mature des incidents**Problem Management**:

- Gérer le processus de gestion des problèmes (Veiller à ce que les problèmes soient initiés, analyser la cause profonde)
- Animer la revue hebdomadaire des problèmes en mobilisant les bons interlocuteurs.

**Change Management**:

- Être leader de la gestion des changements ( en suivant le processus interne établi)
- Diriger les révisions continues des documents (sur la base des dates de révision, des retours d'information...).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la supervision pour s'assurer que le traitement des alertes est bien documenté.
- Veiller à ce que la gestion des changements donne lieu à des mises à jour de la documentation.

**Profil**:

- Issu d'une formation supérieure en informatique, vous avez une première expérience en qualité de service manager.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour:

- Vos compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication
- Votre Expérience avérée des processus ITIL Votre efficacité dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Votre niveau d'anglais ( niveau B1+ minimum)
