**Descripción**
- El Especialista en inteligencia artificial trabajara en colaboración con los miembros del equipo para integrar herramientas y aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial para mejorar la eficiencia del análisis de datos cualitativos dentro de los estudios de investigación y mejorar la eficiencia de procesos de operaciones comerciales seleccionados centrados en adquisiciones y contrataciones. El Especialista en IA también asesorara a sus compañeros para que apliquen herramientas de IA a su trabajo. El puesto tendrá su base en Bogotá, Colombia, con algunos viajes posibles, y depende de la financiación de Panagora

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years of professional experience in a business setting
- Experience using AI for qualitative analysis and using machine learning auto-coding options such as pattern-based and thematic coding and sentiment analysis
- Experience training and mentoring others to use AI tools
- Process analysis and process improvement experience integrating AI is preferred

**Requerimientos**:

- Al menos dos años de experiência profesional en un entorno empresarial.
- Experiência en el uso de IA para análisis cualitativo y el uso de opciones de codificación automática de aprendizaje automático, como codificación temática y basada en patrones y análisis de sentimientos.
- Conocimientos y experiência en el uso de aplicaciones de IA en entornos empresariales para fortalecer la eficiencia de las funciones de adquisición, contratación y redacción comercial.
- Experiência en capacitar y asesorar a otros para que utilicen herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
- Se prefiere experiência en análisis y a mejoramiento de procesos integrando IA.
