Team Overview:
As part of DiDi´s SSL Marketing Operations Team, you would make the life of our marketing team easier supporting them in the day-to-day internal processes with procurement, legal, finance, among others and at the same time analyzing and reporting data on marketing processes to help the team improve efficiency.
You should be able to document all marketing-related business processes and identify opportunities for improvements. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of hands-on problem solving, as well as an interpersonal ability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Owning our marketing operations, systems, and infrastructure (ProOne, Airtable, Concur). Constantly be aware of any concerns, inconsistencies, and data issues - and work proactively to address them.
- Know who to loop in from what team, how to effectively route information, and how to create a smooth user experience since you will manage different stakeholders.
- Creating all purchase orders in ProOne for the different services purchased from our vendors, ensuring that the information provided for the creation is appropriate.
- Receiving and uploading all invoices from suppliers in ProOne to ensure payments are made on time.
- Tracking all the accruals with each POC per category at the end of each month to ensure that the forecast is as accurate as possible.
- Requesting new vendor creation to Procurement ensuring a proper and on-time process from start to finish.
- Creating reports/dashboards that facilitate the constant monitoring of budget consumption in the different categories managing to generate precise insights for improvement.
- Setup, run, and analyze weekly or monthly reports for marketing efforts and campaigns in order to be able to deliver insight for improvement.
- Set up standard and best practices for data management, including manipulating, cleaning, pre-processing, and mining large structured datasets.
- Assembling presentation decks for the main marketing cycle meetings.
- Remaining fully informed on market trends and marketing campaigns.
- Managing relationships with multiple orangers not only from the marketing team but from the support areas.
- Work with a multicultural and international team
Role Qualifications:
- Have +2 years in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree Is required, preferably in Business, engineering, statistics or economics
- Strong experience and skills in visualization tools (Excel heavy management; preferably tableu and BI)
- Previous experience with ERP, ProOne or any similar tool.
- Meticulous attention to detail, this is a job for someone who knows the impact of a small change and checks their work thoroughly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An idea generator: someone who will constantly be working to improve our systems and better support the marketing team.
- Data driven, takes decisions based on data analysis to impact our strategic decisions.
- Analytical thinking, understanding the whole picture.
- Able to solve issues working in collaboration of multiple teams.
- Creative: able to generate innovative approaches to address problems.
- Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
- A track record of being an energetic and optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit
- Advanced English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Preferred location: Bogota, Colombia.- Had worked in technology, virtual platforms, marketplaces or FMCG companies with multiple categories, receiviing requirements such as those described above at the same time and on a day-to-day basis
