Descripción del empleo

The HR team supports all processes regarding the life cycle of the employees in NBCU and support the business to make the best decisions in terms of people for our business. We are looking for someone to work with our HR LATAM team. Some of the responsibilities are:

- Passionate about designing well-being strategies
- Interested in process optimization
- Support engagement and communications plans
- Create communication plans for our team
- Help the company to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs that will impact our business plan.
- Brand positioning
- People Development Programs
- Internal and external events
- Engagement strategies

**Requisitos**:

- Industrial Engineer or related
- Business Administrator or related
- Psychology or HR or related
- Social communication or related
- Intermediate english skills
- Skills in power point / canva and or other design programs
