**Tu misión**

Requerimos el rol de** Sales Development Representative** con el fin de identificar y conectar con clientes potenciales para aumentar su interés en los servicios y asegurar las ventas de los comerciales por el equipo de Google Workspace a partir del análisis del mercado y la implementación de estrategias de abordaje y visibilización de la marca.

**Tus atributos**:

- Eres Profesional de carreras orientadas al mercadeo; Administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Marketing, Sistemas, Computación o carreras afines.
- Cuentas con experiência mínima de 1 año en servicio al cliente, campañas de fidelización en servicios de tecnología, venta cruzada, venta telefónica o experiências similares.
- Cuentas con inglés intermedio
- Tienes conocimiento en servicios Cloud, Office 365 o Workspace
- Tienes gusto y pasión por las ventas, tecnología y consultoría
- Tienes habilidades comerciales, eres capaz de comunicarte con empatía y de manera asertiva con clientes
**Funciones principales**:

- Generación de demanda a través del contacto inicial con clientes, establecimiento de necesidades, principales oportunidades y atención de solicitudes (leads).
- Uso de diversos canales de comunicación (especialmente digitales) para consecución de contactos.
- Investigación del mercado foco y visualización de mecanismos para abordar prospectos
- Asegurarse de establecer objetivos medibles que garanticen que todos los prospectos sean cualificados.
- Involucramiento en los procesos de captura de clientes.
- Dar a los clientes potenciales seguimiento utilizando CRM para la obtención de precisión de datos y cerrar ventas de manera estratégica.
- Fidelización de clientes.
**Soft Skills**:Agresividad comercial, persuasión, negociación, trato al cliente, alto nível de relacionamiento, trabajar B2B, autogestión, flexibilidad, mentalidad al crecimiento.
