**Position Title**: Benefit Service Administrator

**Shift days, hours and time zone**: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm COL time.

**English required**:9.0 to 10.0

**Level of study required**: Business Administration or related field.

**Desired start date**: ASAP

**Remuneration**: 3'800.000 COP

**Job description**:
Benefit Service Administrator Perform administrative tasks and general office duties related to Benefit functions supporting a leading HR outsourcing company offering innovative benefit solutions to small to medium sized businesses.

**Responsabilities**:

- Benefit plan setup within the HRCloud system.
- Primary operational support person to team servicing Client-Sponsored benefit plans.
- Supports benefit plan billing reconciliation research, updates, corrections, and quality review with carrier records.
- Work in a team environment and with internal departments to resolve administrative discrepancies and issues.
- Audit employee enrollments on new client setups to confirm all enrollments are captured and proper payroll deductions are setup.
- Process all incoming invoices, ID cards, or Carrier enrollment inquiries that are sent to the Benefits Team for handling.
- Prepare and compile employee and client benefit reports from HRIS system, as needed.

- Preparing special reports and records.
- Assist with the reconciliation of monthly benefits plans and premium reports.
- Assist with the open enrollment/renewal process.
- Assist with ACA maintenance and reporting.
- Provides outstanding internal customer service to internal and external partners.
- Track activity in case management database.
- Make recommendation for process improvements.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Basic Knowledge in Excel
- Salesforce knowledge is a PLUS but not Mandary.
- Any Healthcare Background would be a plus.
