The Director of GS Network Strategy & Center Operations role is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our Global Services (GS) location strategy while leading impactful projects that drive operational excellence in our Centers. This exciting position involves the evolution of our GS sourcing strategy (captive vs BPO) and the governance of ongoing operations across captive locations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners. As a leader of a global team, you will ensure robust business continuity management across Global Services and oversee daily operations of our capability Centers, playing a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery.
In addition to steering major strategic initiatives, you will contribute to local accountabilities, serving on the local Senior Leadership Team (SLT), managing the GS operational site budgets, and acting as the primary point of contact for crisis management and business continuity. Your responsibilities will also include participating in site and space management decisions, fostering an adaptive and growth-oriented environment.

With strong influencing and visionary leadership capabilities, you will inspire and empower your team & key stakeholders to navigate change effectively, foster collaboration, and drive innovative solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evolution of the GS Network Strategy with a strong sourcing strategy (insource/outsource)
- Lead ongoing run state governance with the GS Operating Board for movement of new work and existing work across our captive locations or BPOs globally.
- Global leadership of our day to day operations of our captive capability centers ensuring a strong and sustainable business continuity management for GS and our BPO partners that serve us.
Excel in leading a global team of mid-level managers & direct reports
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 10-12 years of experience in Operations with at least 4 years in a people management role.
- Global experience preferred
